What to expect

We know you have a lot going on in your life, so we’ve made this course as easy-to-use and digestible as possible.

Each module is designed to be completed in about 1–2 weeks, with just 1–2 hours per week set aside to work on the course. You can, of course, go at your own pace and move through it more slowly if that works better for you. We do recommend setting aside some dedicated time each week to work through the exercises, though, so you can keep the momentum going.

The course is made up of a mix of written and video materials. You can expect to spend most of your time in this course working through self-paced exercises (like journaling exercises and worksheets). We provide plenty of guidance to help you through these exercises each step of the way.

You also get 2 private coaching calls with this course, to be used however you like — whether that’s one right at the beginning and one right at the end, somewhere at the midpoint of the course, or anywhere else you’re feeling stuck. These sessions are for you to get the guidance you need.

You’ll have access to the course for one year from the date of purchase. This is just to keep you on track and help you maintain momentum.
